For this episode we brought in a special guest, Nancy Langer, Rob’s wife, to do the actually making of the “donut holes” which would hold the ground coffee beans and deep fry them.
The recipe was pretty simple, a little milk and egg, some flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix it all together, form the dough into a little ball and put some ground coffee in the center. Then you deep fry it, add some whipped cream or powdered sugar and enjoy!
